1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers are requested to refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.
2. Cancellation by A & ALE FASHIONS(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues or failure
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unserviceable delivery location
In such cases, the customer will be informed, and any amount paid will be refunded as per the original payment method.
3. Refund Timeline
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
- Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- No refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders, as no payment has been collected.
5. Modification of Orders
Once an order is placed, modifications such as changes to:
- Product
- Size
- Color
- Shipping address
may not be possible. Please contact us immediately after placing the order, and we will try our best to assist if the order has not been dispatched.
